Usui / Holy Fire Reiki
Level 1 Class

This hybrid course includes a blending of lecture and hands on experiences.  It is a foundational course designed with a beginner in mind. All cultures, races, ages and gender identities are welcome and no experience is needed to learn Reiki level one. You will learn what Reiki energy is and how to work with it for personal healing and relaxation.

The class introduces the student with updated historical information about Reiki, the Reiki Principles, how Reiki works with the physical body, understanding and working with the chakras, discussions, demonstration, meditations and an opportunity to practice using Reiki on yourself and classmates.

The class includes both an online course and online downloadable materials as well as an in-person immersive w/ a Reiki level one placement. Upon successful completion of the class a certificate will be provided. For those interested in future Reiki education a certificate is required to take Reiki level two or Reiki Master level courses. You must be available for the entire workshop to receive certification.

Although Reiki can deepen a persons spiritual awareness Reiki is not a religion and has no dogma. Reiki welcomes all religious belief systems and those that do not have any specific religious affiliations or beliefs.

Class sizes are small so that students feel an encouraged atmosphere of trust, closeness and comfort while learning.  Stephanie provides a safe, non-judgmental, yet fun, environment for learning Reiki and personal growth. She continues to guide and mentor you after completion of the course. If you are searching for a compassionate and knowledgeable teacher this is the class for you.

The cost for this class is $250.00. A non refundable $100 deposit is required to hold a space for you in the class. Deposits can not be used for goods or services but will be applied to classes only. In the event that you are unable to attend a class the deposit is transferred to the next available class.

For the hybrid course, you are expected to have started your online course work, and to specifically have  completed reviewing the hand positions, opening and closing practices, grounding and protection practices upon arrival to your in-person immersive. Although the history and other information is just as important (it helps you understand how it works), we want to focus our time together in person on practical integration. This hybrid model is designed so you come to class already having exposure to the information. Consequently, the immersive second exposure will allow you to understand, absorb and retain the information better. You will be able to spend more time enjoying the community interaction, the energy and the experience, and less time trying to learn something brand new.

You will receive your certificate once you have completed all the models in the online course as well as attended the group immersive.
