4-Day Retreat

4 days of yoga, mediation, ocean and jungle adventures + healing powers of meditation with nature. This retreat will consist of a reiki blessing opening and closing ceremony, daily nature meditations, daily (and some nightly) outdoor excursions, daily group class time and integration plus an emotional clearing meditation with professional support along the way. Get off grid in Costa Rica, disconnect from the world, and reconnect to yourself, to your roots, through the healing powers of Mother Gaia.

Reiki Surf Adventure

For this Friday through Monday evening weekend, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 & 2 Attunement w/ certification. This option will have a more intense schedule with more class time hours but is worth every second of the transformation you will undergone.
