1-1 interactive coaching sessions where we learn and move through various somatic practices such as breathwork, tapping, shaking, stretching for emotional support, different meditation techniques and more.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds if no show, as these are donation based events. Registration can be transferred in case of emergency. We lock the doors 15 minutes after start of event. Please be on time. BYO water bottle, notebook/writing pad, warm layers for outside, bolster/eye pillow, mat.
