Integrative multi modality approach to your grief and trauma that could include, but is not limited to: nutrition, mindset, health coaching, spiritual coaching, bodywork, stretching, cupping, vibration/percussion therapy, energy healing, hypnosis or Past Life Regression, sound healing, exercise and more.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds if no show, as these are donation based events. Registration can be transferred in case of emergency. We lock the doors 15 minutes after start of event. Please be on time. BYO water bottle, notebook/writing pad, warm layers for outside, bolster/eye pillow, mat.
