Integrative Healing Session w Stephanie

Service Description

This will be a combination of any of the following: Cupping, Gua Sha, stretching, reiki, trauma healing, coaching, meditation, past life experiences, advanced bodywork and more. This session will be customized for your individual needs and may be different every session for optimal results. The first session, including intake review and initial recommendations/coaching will be 2 -2.5 hours. Every sessions after that will be 1.5-2 hours. Your session will also include a post appointment home plan of care and complimentary on demand course to augment both your short term results and your long term results from your home program.
