Build a Wellness Plan: Consult Follow Up

Service Description

In the consult, we go over your intake form regarding your goals, struggles and history. I then give you some homework and build a plan for you based on that homework. This session is to go over the plan and to help you start implementing it with actionable steps.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds if no show, as these are donation based events. Registration can be transferred in case of emergency. We lock the doors 15 minutes after start of event. Please be on time. BYO water bottle, notebook/writing pad, warm layers for outside, bolster/eye pillow, mat.
