This package is 2 of 2 of our middle tier themed options. It includes everything in our base package, PLUS: 1 introduction to Functional Medicine and coaching session, 1 private FM session with nutritional plan catered to your individual needs and goals.
Reiki Surf Adventure
July 28-August 1, 2022
This is our premium package and also our longest that will leave you a changed person. For this Friday through Monday evening weekend, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 & 2 Attunement w/ certification. This option will have a more intense schedule with more class time hours but is worth every second of the transformation you will undergo.
Return to Your Roots
December 8-12, 2022
4 days of yoga, mediation, ocean and jungle adventures + healing powers of meditation with nature. This retreat will consist of a reiki blessing opening and closing ceremony, daily nature meditations, daily (and some nightly) outdoor excursions, daily group class time and integration plus an emotional clearing meditation with professional support along the way. Get off grid in Costa Rica, disconnect from the world, and reconnect to yourself, to your roots, through the healing powers of Mother Gaia.

Locals Getaway
This is 1 or 2 days of our base package, minus breakfast and morning/evening pick up. Therefore, you would receive 1 or 2 surf lessons, 1 or 2 yoga classes, 1 or 2 lunches, 1 or 2 evening meditations and group integrations, and 1 massage. Transportation is included between yoga, surf, lunch and massage. Pick up and drop off could be arranged for a $25 fee.
Reiki Retreat Class Ala-carte
This is our Reiki Level 1 & 2 certification that is included in our premium package 4-Day Reiki Retreat. The cost of this class is $225 for Level 1, $325 for Level 2, or $420 for both ($120 savings). August dates are hybrid option only and require pre-registration and completion of Level 1 material via online portion of class before July 29th.
The dates in July for Level 1 & 2 are in person and hybrid option both. Level 2 Sunday, July 10th is in person 9-6 pm, but Level 1 will be a shorter day based on percentage of completion of Level 1 material via online portal.
