Join us for a sacred Vedic Fire Ritual & Soundbath. Vedic Fire Ritual (also known as Yagya) is a Yagya sacred Vedic fire ceremony and has been used from time immemorial to invoke the Shakti of Agni (fire) to purify, to destroy and to transmute trauma, negative emotion & mental habits, and karma.

About the event
Meet us at the top of the stairs to Esplanade Beach at approximately 3:30 or down on the beach at 3:45. We will be starting the Vedic Fire Ritual & Soundbath promptly at 4.
Yagya, Havana, Homa, Agni Hotra are all Sanskrit words used to describe a yagya. A havana is a sacred fire ceremony, a part of the technology of the Vedic tradition and it is a very powerful upaya. ‘Upaya’ is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘technique to remedy or correct energetic imbalances in spaces’. In the Vedic tradition, many different types of havanas exist. A havana is one of the most powerful things you can do for clearing a space and opening up the energy.
For this special astrological and lunar event will be immersing in sound bath immediately foolowing the VEdic Fire Ritual. Therefore instead of the usual 45 minutes for Yagya, we will be having an 1.5 hour ceremony incorporating powerful sound healing by the beach in addition to the yagya, immediately following the yagya.

For this parituclar occurence you will need ot be physicall capable of walking down the stairs at esplanade beach.
In case of inclement weather, the fire ceremony will be postponed til the next day or cancelled. If cancelled, we will offer a credit for a future retreat day/ceremony as we plan to offer more of these regularly in the 2024 year.
Please dress appropriately for all beach weather. Wear layers and bring whatever support devices, bolssters, pillow, blankets, sunglasses and suncreeen you may need. Bring a water bottle as well as any intentions you would like to put into the fire.
