CALLING ALL ECLECTIC ARTISTS, POETS & MUSICIANS!

Because we love the therapeutic effects of music, sound and creating community so much, we are announcing a new kind of open mic night. We want to offer a unique space for all those eclectic artists and poets out there. Therefore…

This is no ordinary open mic. This is an unplugged, acoustic open mic … with no amp or actual microphone. We are leaving the amp at home. You are invited to sound your own raw voice also. We love you and just your voice as you are. Our space is small so you don’t really need the mic anyway.

Come speak or sing your truth, open your throat chakra (and maybe a little heart chakra too!), while we make new friends, slam some poetry, experience some new singers and songwriters, sip some kavaid or mocktails, witness cathartic expression, or hear an instrument we’ve never heard before. Play a native flute? Want o meet other sound healers?

If you play an instrument that wouldn’t normally fly at your standard dive bar open mic night, or if you have some poetry you’d like to test out, then this event is for you! But the average acoustic joe is welcome too! Inclusion is our #1 jam.
