Some of you may have head of this and reflexology, but meridians and acupressure dives even deeper into this concept.

In part one we taught you reflexology, acupressure and myofascial release specific to womb healing. We also discussed symbiosis of you nervous system regulation and your hormones and how somatics, aromatherapy and acupressure points work to help regulate your nervous system and hormones
