Somatics Acupressure & Reflexology Workshop for Relaxation and Sensuality w/ Stephanie

Did you know you can treat the entire body through the feet? The same applies with your hand and ears. Each area of your foot, hand or ear mirrors a different area or system of your body. Some of you may have head of this and reflexology, but meridians and acupressure dives even deeper into this concept.

Join with a partner, or come with yourself an your smile, for Part 3 of our 5 part SOMAR workshops series.

In part one we taught you reflexology, acupressure and myofascial release specific to womb healing. We also discussed symbiosis of you nervous system regulation and your hormones and how somatics, aromatherapy and  acupressure points work to help regulate your nervous system and hormones

In Part 2, we will be took a break from all the science for a sPECIAL MOTHERS DAY WORKSHOP. We learned points and techniques for relaxation and partner massage techniques. This workshop is not just to learn to give a good foot rub, it is also for you to be able to aid your partner (or yourself) in their healing journey.

Part 3 is here to compliment your Reiki & Shakti Alchemy weekend with somatic practices for lower body pain. Although there will be some repeat of a few points and concepts with Part 1 (womb healing), this clas will cover a broader scope and is applicable to all gender identities. We will cover, sciatica, inconenence, low back pain, neuropathy and more.

 In this workshop, you will learn self massage, acupressure and reflexology techniques that you can use on yourself or a partner. So come prepared to take your socks off! 

In fact, There are many pressure points and reflexology points that can aid in womb healing and provide relief for many conditions related to the womb or pelvic floor. (Part 1) This workshop is a great pairing to jade egg and pelvic floor work. Many of these points and channels we will be working also have a variety of other health benefits, leaving you feeling relaxed, informed, and more balanced.

You will also learn how to stimulate these points without straining any existing injuries you might have, while also preventing injury or overuse as well. To do this you will learn about, and utilize, various tools to work your acu and reflexology points.

For participating in this workshop, You will receive an informational handout packed for of information to for you to take home with you, along with a gift bag of helpful surpises.

4- SomAR for Pain Relief - (hands, arms, shoulders, neck, migraines, jaw tension (July 14)

5- SomAR for General Health: Digestion, Detox, Vitality and Mental health (August 11)

The price for the full day (Sunday April 14) for both workshops is $108.
