Solstice Renewal Retreat: Breathwork, Sound Healing, Yoga, Fire Ritual

Join us December 9, 2023 for a full day of clearing, ceremony and celebration. Through Kundalini practices of breathwork and kriya, yoga asanas, qi gong and sound healing we will honor our journey thus far, while releasing the past, so we can welcome in abundance for not just the days or year ahead, but also for re-birthing.

Similarly to the monthly New Moon cycles, every year on our birthday we have an opportunity to “rebirth” ourselves,  and start anew. Therefore, for Sagittarius season, and in celebration of the Center’s 2 year anniversary plus Stephanie’s 40th birthday, we will also be incorporating a new style of ceremony we have never done before, a Vedic Fire Ritual, while still also working with the New Moon energy.

We will incorporate a Breathwork/pranayama practice based on where the moon is placed based on Vedic astrology.  We chanti sacred mantras, make fire offerings and move through a sacred ritual together  in community.

Vedic Fire Ritual (also known as Yagya) is a Yagya sacred Vedic fire ceremony and has been used from time immemorial to invoke the Shakti of Agni (fire) to purify, to destroy and to transmute trauma, negative emotion & mental habits, and karma.

The details:

-$108 for the full day w/ Fire Ritual

-$33-44 for just the fire ritual.

-10 am - 3 pm Retreat

-4- 5:15 Vedic Fire Ritual

Important information:

The fire ritual will take place outside in alignment with the sunset. Please dress warmly. The rest of the retreat will be indoors at the Center. Layers recommended.

In case of inclement weather, the fire ceremony will be postponed til the next day or cancelled. If cancelled, we will offer a credit for a future retreat day/ceremony as we plan to offer more of these in the 2024 year.

Policies:

-No refunds. Transfers will be considered. No late admittance 15 minutes after start. 

-We will create a separate ticket/event for just the fire ritual.

-BYO lunch and snacks.
