Full Moon Sound Healing Ceremony w/ Taiko Drumming

In order to manifest for the New Moon, we must release and create space under the Full Moon. That is what the moon cycles represent, the cycle of fullfillment, release, rebirth and illumination.

As we flow through time we have experiences that create attachments. Whether positive or negative, we only have so much capacity to hold these attachments. Therefore, we fill up just as moon does, much like a cup of tea. If we do not clear and process, we start to overflow, sometimes with uncontrolled emotions or actions. Therefore, following the cycles of the moon helps us stay on track and in check. It reminds us to step back and process, to release and honor the lessons, allowing us to create space for the next cycle of experiences, for all the abundance that is already coming towards us.
