Full Moon Sound Healing Ceremony

In order to manifest for the New Moon, we must release and create space under the Full Moon. That is what the moon cycles represent, the cycle of fullfillment, release and rebirth.

As we flow through time we have experiences that create attachments. Whether positive or negative, we only have so much capacity to hold these attachments. Therefore, we fill up just as moon does, much like a cup of tea. If we do not clear and process, we start to overflow, sometimes with uncontrolled emotions or actions. Therefore, following the cycles of the moon helps us stay on track and in check. It reminds us to step back and process, to release and honor the lessons, allowing us to create space for the next cycle of experiences, for all the abundance that is already coming towards us.

Join us beachside at the Center for Integrative Wellness in majestic Pacifica, CA at 7 pm once a month under the Full Moon. Bring your intentions, whether on paper or in your mind, for an evening of reiki infused guided meditation, community, CBD tea and 7 chakra crystal bowl sound bath along with chanting, breathwork, kundalini activation and many other instruments. Although this event is recurring, we will be discussing and honoring each respective themes for that particular lunar cycle. The dates for each event so far are as follows:

These events are donation based so they be accessible to a wider audience. We want everyone to be able to experience the powerful sound healing and reiki combined. We ask for a minimum donation of $33

*NOTE* During the summer months, when the weather permits, we will be outside in the sand overlooking the ocean. Please dress accordingly and be prepared for hot, wind and cold. Bring layers as it is hot at first but then cold after the sun drops. BYO yoga mat, eye pillow, water bottle, blanket... if you have it, just in case we are outside. We do have them if you don't have one. We try to keep ours reserved for the indoor events.

Our Sound Healing membership allows you to choose 2 of our 4-5 sound healing events a month for a discounted price. You must repurchase every month on Eventbrite or sign up for an EFT on our website.

For special events that include a tea ceremony, there is an additional upcharge of $5 to your sound healing membership.
