Embodied Movement *NEW* Ecstatic Dance Alternative

Presented by Robin Jaffe, Embodied movement taps into the unique sensations of our body as a tool to develop awareness, stay present, self-regulate, feel whole, find balance, feel connected, know yourself, love yourself and be empowered. We will create a safe and judgment-free space together. We will discover what it means, as an individual, to move authentically, in deep presence with ourselves and each other. We move towards a deep flow state where time and space can seem to disappear. 

This is a gently facilitated experience by our guide Robin, who has over 35 years of movement experience. This is a drug and alcohol free space where we move barefoot and stay in our embodiment by refraining from talking or using phones. Experience freedom through embodied movement!
