Embark on a transformative journey that harmonizes the healing power of sound with the wisdom of your body. This workshop series, "Sound and Somatics: A Journey Within," invites you to explore the profound connection between sound, movement, and breath. In a tranquil and supportive space, you'll be guided through gentle stretching and yoga postures, designed to open your body and facilitate deeper, more expansive breathing. Immersive soundscapes, created with instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, will wash over you, promoting relaxation and releasing tension. Through the interplay of movement, breath, and sound, you'll cultivate a heightened awareness of your inner landscape. This series offers a unique opportunity to: -Release physical and emotional blockages -Calm the mind and nervous system -Enhance your body's natural healing abilities -Deepen your connection to self -Begin the journey back to embodiment. -Experience a profound sense of peace and well-being Each week will have a different theme in alignment with the date, astrology, season, moon, or other relevant happening. Join us for a sacred good bye and simultaneous step forward to new beginnings. Sean David of Journey Beyond Sound will be joining us for this very special event. The theme of Letting go and moving forward is a perfect fit for the time between the full moon and the new moon. we ill incorporate some kundalini practices, tapping, breathwork, and even have some interactive work with each instrument. Join us as we embark on this journey within, where sound and somatics become pathways to healing, transformation, and self-discovery.
