Saturday November 9: Tantrik Transformation of Emotions: Cord Cutting, Shadow Work and Emotional Healing
Introduction to Tantric transformations of “negative” emotions (as taught by Tao Semko) – recognizing, acknowledging, transforming and dissolving poisons, and using poisons as medicine, using breath, kinesthetic/proprioceptive awareness, & imagination.
10-12pm Tantrik Transformation of Emotions; Cord Cutting Ritual & Severing Rituals
Individualized Kundalini Awakening Energy Work
1-3pm Tantrik “Shadow Work” & Transformation of Emotions 4-5pm Sound healing and yoga nidra CEUS available for Registered Yoga Teachers
